Quantum Network Bridge
The Quantum Network Bridge is used to link together an ME network with another network that could potentially be very far away, or even in another dimension!
To get started you must craft 16 
ME Quantum Ring blocks and 2 
ME Quantum Link Chamber blocks. Arrange 8 Quantum Ring blocks in a 3x3 square and place the ME Quantum Link Chamber in the middle to form one side of the quantum bridge, and build another quantum gate at the other network. ME Cable will only connect to the side blocks, not the corners. Finally you must get a pair of 
Quantum Entangled Sigularities, and place one in each ME Quantum Link Chamber.
Each quantum gate must be chunk-loaded and each uses 200 AE of energy. Once each quantum gate has enough energy and contains the pair of Entangled Singularities, then the quantum bridge will form and literally link the two networks together. This means that they share power, and you can stop powering one side. But if you lose all power you'll have to start the quantum link again. Additionally, as both segments function as one network, you can only have 1 ME Controller.
