ME Controller

The ME Controller is the routing hub of an ME Network. Without it, your network can only support up to 8 devices, any more and everything stops working. It is not possible to have 2 ME Controllers in one ME Network. Unlike most ME Network devices, the ME Controller doesn't require channels, it emits them. The ME Controller requires 6 AE/t per ME Controller block to function. Each ME Controller block can store 8000 AE. Multiblock Controllers can be built in a fairly free form. If all rules are followed and you supply enough power, the controller should glow and cycle colors.
