You can find Charged Certus Quartz Crystal Ore in the world, however they are rare. You can get Charged Certus Quartz Crystals very easily by placing Certus Quartz Crystals into the Charger. The Charger requires energy to work. The majority of your Charged Certus Quartz Crystals will be used to make Fluix Crystals. The Charger can also charge other items that can carry power.
