Fusion Energy

Use:

When constructed properly, the Fusion Energy structure will produce infinite energy.

How to Build:

The Fusion Chamber is the block in the center. You'll need to place a Fusion Control Unit 5 blocks away the Fusion Chamber on each side, so you'll need to make 6 of them. Next you'll need to make 6 Fusion Control Lasers. Place a Laser on each of the Fusion Control Units and make sure they're pointing towards the Fusion Chamber. There should be 3 block spaces between the lasers and the Fusion Chamber.

Now craft a Fusion Energy Converter machine and just place it down somewhere. Use Data Cable to connect the Fusion Energy Converter to each of the 6 Fusion Control Units. Craft a Fusion Core and insert it into the Fusion Chamber. Everything is set up now. The final step is to activate the Fusion Energy Converter with a redstone signal. This will turn it on and ultraviolet laser beams will appear.

Notes:

While the Fusion Energy structure is turned on, it will produce 100 energy units per tick by default. If you try to take out the Fusion Core from the Fusion Chamber, or break any of these blocks while the system is running, this will cause a medium-sized explosion. You should turn the system off before dismantling it.

  • Fixed a dupe glitch that would occur if you removed the Fusion Core while the Fusion Energy structure was running.
  • You can no longer access the Fusion Chamber while the Fusion Energy structure is running.
  • The Fusion Chamber no longer explodes if you mine it when it has a Fusion Core inside it. But does still trigger an explosion if you mine it while the system is running, as is intended behaviour.
  • Now is more likely to detect an invalid structure and trigger an explosion.
  • Increased the explosion size from 8 to 10.

  • Fixed the Fusion Chamber block not being broken normally in the Minecraft 1.14 nd 1.15 versions.
  • Fixed the Fusion Control Laser Beam was completely solid and blocked player movement instead of transparent like it's supposed to be. Only for the Minecraft 1.15 version.
