ADDSynth Materials adds 5 new gem types:

RubyRuby TopazTopaz CitrineCitrine SapphireSapphire AmethystAmethyst

Get them by mining their Ores which spawn in the world as part of terrain generation.

You can also craft 9 of them together to get a Gem Block, and craft the Gem Block back into 9 gems.

These gems and their block forms are assigned appropiate block and item tags. This makes them cross-mod compatible.

Version 1.4 of Overpowered Technology added Rose Quartz to ADDSynth Materials. It is very rare, only generating once in each chunk. Currently it's only used as a replacement for Nether Quartz in crafting recipes.

  • Fix not being able to Silk-Touch Gem Ores.
  • Gem Ores now drop experience again.
