Universal Energy Interface

The Universal Energy Interface uses other Energy APIs in order to transfer Energy to/from other mod's machines. It has an internal buffer of 1,000 Energy. This will search adjacent blocks if it is compatible with alternate Energy API's and transfer energy based on its current Mode setting. Currently, this machine can interface with Forge Energy, RF Energy, and Tesla Energy.

Mode: Function:
Bi-Directional Outputs and accepts Energy from external energy sources.
Receive Only Only accepts energy from external sources. Does not output energy.
Extract Only Does not accept energy. Only allows energy to be extracted.
External Only Disconnects this machine from the Overpowered energy network. External energy devices can still access this machine.
Internal Only Prevents access from external energy devices.
No Transfer Isolates this machine from all energy systems.
