Hydraulic Platform

Now intoducing Hydraulic Platforms from Galacticraft. The crafting recipe makes 4 blocks, which must be arraned in a 2x2 pattern to form the Platform. When standing on the Platform, you can press [Jump] and [Crouch] to go up or down to the next Hydraulic Platform. But you can't put the Hydraulic Platforms too far apart or else they won't move. For this objective we've allocated enough resources to make 3 Hydraulic Platforms, one for ground level, one for the upper level, and one for the basement.
