This machine uses Energy and Mob Essence to enchant your tools. Mob Essence primarily comes from the Grinder machine. You can enchant levels 1 to 30 just like a Vanilla Enchantment Table. But unlike the Vanilla Enchantment Table, this machine can enchant tools that already have enchantments on them, but doing so will cost a considerably large amount of Mob Essence.

You can also put Empty Bottles in this machine and it will make Bottles o' Enchanting.

The Auto Disenchanter uses Energy to remove Enchantments from your tools. Insert a tool with an enchantment and a Book to put the enchantment on. This machine will select a random enchantment from your tool and put it on the Book, this damages the tool in the process. (about 1/4 of damage?)

Use this tool to extract Levels of Experience from yourself and converts it into Mob Essance into any Empty Buckets you have in your inventory.
