This machine needs power to operate. You can use this machine to produce the circuits necessary to craft other Galacticraft machines, but you must first input the proper items. Each type of circuit will always require 1 Diamond, 2 Silicon, and 1 Redstone, but the 4th ingredient can be one of three things.

Insert a Redstone Torch to get 3 Basic Wafers.

Insert a Redstone Repeater to get an Advanced Wafer.

And finally, insert a Lapis Lazuli to get 9 Blue Solar Wafers.
