Nether Hives
Biomes O' Plenty generates Hive structures in the Nether. They consist of Hive Blocks and Honeycomb Blocks.
Wasps can be found in or around the Hive. Most of the blocks the Hive consists of
mine faster if mined with an axe, and can be used as fuel in a furnace. When generated, Hives have a 2/3 chance of generating
with honey inside. The other 1/3 does not have honey. You can right-click liquid Honey with an
Empty Jar
to get a
Honey Jar,
which currently has no use.
Hive Block

This is the block that lines the outside of the hive.
Empty Honeycomb Block

Breaking this block will cause a Wasp to spawn.
Honey Block

Although the other four blocks can be used as fuel in a furnace, this block cannot.
Honeycomb Block

Breaking this block will drop 1-3 Empty Honeycombs, 4 of which can be crafted back into a Honeycomb Block.

Filled Honeycomb Block

Breaking this block will drop 0-1 Filled Honeycombs, which can be eaten, or crafted back into Filled Honeycomb Blocks.
